Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage: Advance Caster passes along and assigns any given manufacturer’s warranty. Most of our products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the manufacturer. Certain series of casters and wheels include a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the manufacturer, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

2. Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper installation, or modification.
Normal wear and tear, including tread wear, corrosion, or fading due to environmental exposure.
Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or improper flooring.
Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired in any way.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Provide the following information:

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
A description of the issue and how the product was used.

Our team will review the claim and provide further instructions.

4. Resolution Process If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following resolutions based on product availability:

Replacement: A new product of the same or equivalent model.
Store Credit or Refund: If a replacement or repair is not possible, we may issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.

5. Limitations of Liability Advance Caster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or repair of defective products under this warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
