Advance Caster Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Advance Caster, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. 1. Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or special-order products.
• Used, installed, or modified items.
• Clearance or final sale items.

3. How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@advancecaster.com or call 1-800-468-6106 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Clearly write the RA number on the return package.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
4. Once received, our team will inspect the item and process the return within 10 business days.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit at Advance Caster’s discretion.
• A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-defective returns.
• Exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly shipped items if the error was on the part of Advance Caster.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report the issue within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement, full refund, or store credit at Advance Caster’s discretion.
