Comes with diamond plate and zinc finish to protect it from corrosion. Double ball raceways makes the swivel more responsive and durable. Bearings are protected from dirt and debris by raceways seals, cap, and wheel guards.

78 Series Caster Dual Wheel Casters offer higher weight capacities with minimal overall heights, better load distribution, floor protection and increased mobility than single wheel casters by spreading the weight over a wider floor area while offering wheel differential action, resulting in less friction between the wheels and the floor, requiring less effort for the caster to swivel.

11 Series Dual Wheel Low Profile Casters are designed to provide the highest possible weight capacity at the lowest overall height; this combination offers stability and mobility for heavy machines and equipment such as vending machines, commercial appliances, reach-in coolers & freezer units, copiers, computer racks, etc. All swivel casters in this group of series have double ball raceways for improved swiveling action; rigid casters are cut, formed and welded together for maximum strength and durability.

19 Series Casters are used on applications or equipment that requires less of a load rating used in less stressful environments; while offering larger profile wheels and a standard look. Applications under 200 lbs per caster.

34 Series Caster offers a total-locking swivel caster with matching non-locking swivel & rigid caster options. All metal total-lock brake design provides a way to simultaneously lock both the swivel raceway and the wheel with the depression of a single pedal; making the unit stationary.

95 Series, Medium – Heavy Duty Spring Loaded Casters. They offer load protection from vibration and shocks, reduces rolling noise and impact damage from floor. Common applications include various material handling and factory part carts transporting sensitive materials, aircraft maintenance and ground support equipment, tool chests.

S55 Series Caster – Stainless Steel Medium Heavy Duty kingpinless. All metal parts made out of S304 non-ferrous STAINLESS STEEL. 100% washable. 15 Series Caster

59 Series The Ultimate Case Caster Has a soft tread, flexible elastomer wheel which allows it to roll over cords, thresholds, and debris easily. Has roller bearing for improved mobility. Has an optional Total-locking brake system, that locks the swivel and wheel at the same time. Has top plate patterns and is finished in zinc which makes it resistant to corrosion.

Our 72 Series casters are made out of ASTM1045 steel, drop forged 5/16″ thick top plate integrates with a forged 3″ diameter precisely machined raceway with a single row of hardened 1/2″ ball bearings. The legs are formed from 3/8″ steel, double welded to the outer raceway for maximum strength. Our unique offset raceway design, heat treatment and tampering processes allows our casters to carry the maximum weight of the bearings used, without horizontal wear, kingpin failure or fracturing of welds.

Up to 6000lbs – 60 Series Caster. Kingpinless Casters are designed for unsurpassed durability and use in abusive and demanding shock load applications that may cause traditional kingpin casters to fail. Hot forged kinpinless raceways; 1 piece integrally forged top plate and inner raceway design. 3/8” thick legs are robotically welded on both sides. Zinc plated finish is attractive & corrosion resistant. Zerk grease fitting in raceway & axle.

Up to 1250lbs – 81 Series Caster

42 Series Medium Duty Stainless Steel Casters These Casters are able to withstand harsh environments that makes other wheels rust or corrode. Has a total-lock break that stops the swivel raceway and wheel at the same time. Double ball raceways make a smooth swivel action. Great for; clean rooms, laboratories, medical & hospital facilities, animal cages, cruise ships, fisheries, catering, hospitality, chemical factories, food service, dairy, bakeries, food processing, autoclaves, pharmaceutical plants, and marine environments.

50 Series casters are made from cold rolled steel and feature double ball swivel raceways. Different shock absorbing wheel types provide the maximum cushion ride available; each wheel has unique characteristics and advantages to consider. Applications include: various carts, platform trucks and equipment used in industrial, commercial, institutional and outdoor environments where a cushioned ride and the ability to roll over uneven floors and debris is a must. Offers good floor protection and quite rolling operation. Not meant for highway use.
