Total-lock brake simultaneously locks both the swivel and wheel making the rolling unit stationary and more stable than when using just wheel brakes. Directional lock option secures swivel raceway in trailing position at 180* while leaving the wheel to roll freely; offers assistance in rolling equipment in a straight line.
